However, looking at the annual report performance of domestic oil service enterprises in the same period, thanks to the support of national policies and the "seven-year action plan for increasing reserves and production", more than half of the enterprises showed a stable and positive trend.

       Recently, the guidance on energy work in 2021 issued by the National Energy Administration specially emphasizes the need to "enhance the ability of energy security", promote the increase of oil and gas reserves and production, ensure the undiminished investment in exploration and development, promote the breakthrough of energy short board technology and equipment, and aim at the strategic focus of "looking for oil and gas". Since the beginning of this year, the oil price has continued to pick up.
